Short on time but still need to squeeze in a workout? Yes me too. I’m always on a mission to find a quick but effective workout that I can add onto a different workout to boost my calorie burn up or to do on a day I really don’t have much time, but want to say I did something.
This workout meets both of those requirements. It’s heart pumping and fast, burning 100 calories in just over 10 minutes.
As you can see, it took me 11 minutes to complete but I did stop for a few seconds in between the moves because I was getting tired! I think that doing this a few more times, though, and I’d be able to shed off that extra minute and make it a ten and ten workout: ten moves in ten minutes.
Be warned, this workout is a bit tough, unless you are in better shape than me (which could quite possibly be the case!) but it’s fun, fast and very effective. Do this a few times a day and suddenly you’ve completed a full workout without even realizing it!
