Short on time but still need to squeeze in a workout? Yes me too. I’m always on a mission to find a quick but effective workout that I can add onto a different workout to boost my calorie burn up or to do on a day I really don’t have much time, but want to say I did something.
This workout meets both of those requirements. It’s heart pumping and fast, burning 100 calories in just over 10 minutes.
As you can see, it took me 11 minutes to complete but I did stop for a few seconds in between the moves because I was getting tired! I think that doing this a few more times, though, and I’d be able to shed off that extra minute and make it a ten and ten workout: ten moves in ten minutes.
Be warned, this workout is a bit tough, unless you are in better shape than me (which could quite possibly be the case!) but it’s fun, fast and very effective. Do this a few times a day and suddenly you’ve completed a full workout without even realizing it!

It’s a bit challenging, but it did take me a bit longer than 10 minutes, but it was a good workout in a quick amount of time, which is key for my life! LOL thanks for stopping by!
I’m pretty sure I can’t even do 25 pushups in 10 minutes. And I’m almost positive if I tried to do 100 jumping jacks I would fall on my face. I’m going to pin this and possibly try it later once I’ve build up a little stamina. Thanks!!! π
The push ups were the hardest for me! And, yes, I did “girl” push ups, just to be honest! LOL! If you try it, let me know!

In all seriousness, I’d set my timer at 1 minute intervals and work my way up because it just ain’t gonna happen hahaha

This is awesome! I can easily squeeze this into my day. And it is almost enough calories to equal 2 Oreos, ha ha!

I think this would almost make me want to die like I felt like I was going to do when I attempted the 30-day shred thing! Yikes! That’s an awful lot to do for 100 calories. @_@
I agree! It’s a lot to do for 100 calories :/ Such a bummer since it’s SO easy to eat 100 calories haha
