If you are a sports mom, you know that your life can be quite hectic when your kids are in-season. Practices, games, traveling- you’ll probably begin to feel like most of your life is in the car- and if you have little ones who are not playing yet, you KNOW how hard it can be to keep them occupied while you are trying to watch the game or practice. You know that I’ve got three peas and all of them are playing sports currently, but my oldest is really getting into soccer now and has multiple practices and games a week, which leaves my other two often bored and annoyed with sitting for so long. For these times, I pull out my bag of tricks and suggest ideas that are 1) mostly quiet and 2) entertaining- and yes electronics are included in my list, and I am not ashamed to admit it! 🙂
If you’ve got younger kids to keep occupied while your older ones are practicing, here are some ideas of ways to keep them busy and, hopeful, keep you sane!
