One Pot Lemon Garlic Pasta

This one pot lemon garlic pasta uses less than 10 ingredients & cooks up in under 30 mins! It's so good, it'll be your new favorite pasta.
  • 1 box linguini
  • ¼ cup butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoons dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  1. Sautee the garlic in a large pot with 2 tablespoons of the butter for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients, minus the cheese, and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover, cooking for around 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until nearly all of the liquid is evaporated and the pasta is cooked.
  4. Season with more salt and pepper if desired and stir in the cheese. Serve immediately.
