Cranberry Vinergrette

Ingredients
  • 3 T red wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • ½ t. minced garlic
  • 2 T water
  • 1 t honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small blender, puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
