This Carrot Cake Smoothie is one of my all time favorite smoothie recipes. I just think it has such a unique taste and is so different that the traditional fruit smoothies I drink- and it’s super easy to make too! With only 4 ingredients, you can whip this up whenever you are in the mood to fight off a sweet treat craving!
To make one smoothie, you’ll need:
1 banana
1 c. carrot juice
1/4 c. vanilla yogurt, greek or regular
a dash of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes
For this smoothie, I like to use this carrot juice. For one, it’s the only one at my local store, and two, it’s pretty wholesome! One of these smaller bottles makes 3 smoothies.
You’ll want to stick all of your ingredients in your blender and give it a whirl. It blends up pretty quickly too.
Serve with a dash of cinnamon on top, and you are good to go!
