Recently we had taken the kids to the apple orchard. We normally make a pie with the apples but we were going out of town and I didn’t want to make something that would take days to eat so I decided to try something new! I love caramel and wanted to incorporate that into an apple crumb bread. Apples + caramel = fall perfection. This bread is so yummy and best eaten with a spoon…and maybe a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

see? lots of bubbles! Don’t worry 🙂
– In the mixer, add in the lemon juice mix, eggs and vanilla; stir well. Add in the flour and salt until well combined. Stir in the apples by hand.

This bread is so yummy and not too sweet! My kids ate it right up! I definitely will be adding it into my fall baking repertoire. What’s your favorite apple dessert?
This looks and sounds out of this world incredible!

Thanks! It’s SO yummy and quite easy to make!
This recipe sounds amazing. I wonder if adding caramel to banana bread would be yummy too. I frequently make banana bread, when my bananas start going bad.
I bet that would be yummy! It’s such an easy way to add a different taste to a regular recipe.
