Four short years ago, my littlest (and probably last) baby was born. She came two weeks early and was an absolutely beauty right from the beginning. She was a peanut, weighing in at 6 lbs 12 oz, my smallest pea by far. She had a head full of dark brown hair and stunning blue eyes. I helped deliver her and the very first person she saw was me. Hannah Emily is the most independent, feisty and crazy kid we have. She has a mind of her own and does not take no for an answer. She is her own woman, for sure. She will be the one we will have to bolt the windows closed when she is 15 and will do amazing things with her life. I officially became a stay at home mama, trading in my teaching white board markers for a life so wonderfully blessed I can’t even count the ways. I nursed her so much she never took a bottle and savored every late night feeding, knowing she was most likely going to be my last baby.
Today Hannah, the baby, turns 4. Can I still call her “the baby”?? I think so. I’ll probably do it forever. Even though she is, by far, the most spoiled kid we have, I still love each and every temper tantrum she throws. I think Hannah is the most like me in the “we don’t take any crap from anyone” type of way. Abby is a lot like me too, but she is much nicer 😉 So in honor of my last baby, I dedicate my blog to her, sharing some ABC facts about this amazing girl.

One of the most wonderful things about kids if how different they are from one another. Right from birth, they have a way of separating themselves from the pack and expressing their individuality. Hannah is no exception. She is like her brother and sister in so many ways but at the same time is so incredibly different.
Happy 4th birthday Hannah! We love you to the moon and back and are so very very proud of you every single day!
