I am on a mission- a mission to lose the weight I added on during my marathon training– and who am I kidding- just from life. I am making it a priority to head to the gym 3-4 days a week, 4 is my goal. But sometimes I can’t get there or maybe just want to sneak in some extra calorie burn at home after my workout is done so I have rounded up 50+ ideas of things you can do to burn an extra 100 calories. If I could do one or two of these a day, I feel I’ll be in a better position to lose these extra pounds faster!

Very cute post! I coordinate wellness programs at work and often like to show employees things like this. They can do simple things to burn calories easily and it all adds up. I have so many favorites, but a few are yoga, dancing, or walking outside.
