One of my seven rules to try to be a thinner me is to snack more. Why snack more? Well, because I tend to eat and then get too busy to eat for hours and then am starving and eat more than I should, usually later in the day than I should. This is terrible for your metabolism, which I know, so I want to be sure I am snacking more in-between meals. Not mindless snacking though, I want to focus on having a 100 or 200 calorie snack in-between each of my trying to be smaller meals, which hopefully should keep me feeling full all day and thus not leave me wanting unhealthy munchies in the evening. I have researched some healthy snack ideas on Pinterest, of course!, and have rounded up 30+ under 100 and under 200 calorie healthy snack options that not only are yummy but are filling too. Hopefully by choosing some of these options in between my meals, I will not create the junky stuff as much.

Yum, right? I think the key is portion control. I literally have to measure out everything, or else one portion turns into three without me even knowing it. What I like about these options is that they are all simple to make and none require any cooking, which I honestly don’t always have time for with three kids. I am really going to try and stick to these types of snacks and see if it helps.
