A few weeks ago I shared a quick “I don’t have time to workout” 100 countdown workout. It’s a great way to sneak in a workout when you don’t have time for a formal one. This week, I wanted to share a similar one, but only for abs! This workout is actually quite hard…which is a good thing. I know many of us (me included) could sure use a little more ab definition.
If you did this workout a few times a week, we could all be swim suit ready in no time! I saved the v-ups for the end because this things are killer.
I actually do not enjoy working out my abs:) But I guess I prefer plan and side plank. When I do crunches, I always get either a bruise along my backbone or feel like I’m straining my neck.
I don’t really either haha but I try to a few times a week, but I’d be lying if I said it was my favorite 😉
